So 24th June on Friday was the big day! and while I was very excited to get my braces teeth, finally done, I must admit it was a little uncomfortable
So here is how it went. Once I arrived and was seated, the doctor proceeded to take the action off of my teeth. He then took a few braces screw. He was checking for fit, to make sure the contacts on each side weren't too tight for me to floss. He then had me bite down on some green rubber paper, and rub my teeth back and forth to make sure they all fit.
Many people who have a bad teeth are usually looking for how much is the cost of braces for teeth. They do this because they want to know the cost before they use brace for their teeth. One of the reasons why I do this is because I'm not satisfied by the form of the teeth. The brace for teeth is the best way to reform my teeth to make it look better.
the teeth braces make from non-magnetic and stainless steel and nickel titanium (source: Wikipedia).
I can feel that my teeth (front particularly) moved a bit because when I have the braces in my two front teeth on top, knock with my bottom teeth which is very uncomfortable and does not allow me to fully shut my jaw properly.
Initially, you may find it difficult to speak. Practice speaking, reading, or singing out loud to get used to them faster.
I still have some difficulty eating, my front teeth have become very sensitive, so I catch my self biting items with my side teeth.
Also, no one ever mentioned to me about the diet! Lol.
I call it a diet because these things wither hurt so much or become such a nuisance to remove, that you rather not take them off and starve instead!

So I left there and of course I had not eaten so I had to grab a bite, but knew that I had to get these things out. So of course it took me about 10 minutes to get them out, it hurt so bad! No to mention that since I have all four of my wisdom teeth, the tray reaches all the way to the bck of my gums, as I kept trying to wiggle it out, it kept touching the back of my throat causing me to gag repeatedly. I wanted to cry! But I got it out and was able to eat. so I cut my food down to three meals a day. And I'm starting drink water or soup
Last night, I went to my store and bought me some toothpaste, a travel tooth brush, dental floss, mouth wash and a small makeup pouch. This will be my dental kit. I've decided to carry this with me everywhere since its recommended to brush after each meal with braces, and I see what they mean. People with braces are prone to bad breath without proper hygiene, so that is definitely something I want to avoid.
This thing is still annoying though. The pain is down but the annoyance is still prominent. Also I noticed how mushy and soft my gums felt, clearly an indication of tooth movement.
I don't know if I'll ever get used to this, but we'll see.
I have tips for all of u that had a tooth braces

- Don't forget to use mouth wash , i am using oral-b now, but i am still don't know the process
- brush your teeth 3 times a day
- consume vitamin C and D, for C it's avoid sprue and for D it's for your teeth calsium
- Foods to Avoid
- Crunchy foods: popcorn, ice, chips
- Sticky foods: caramels, gum
- Hard foods: nuts, candy
- Foods you have to bite into: corn on the cob, apples, carrots
- Chewing on hard things (for example, pens, pencils or fingernails)
can damage the braces. Damaged braces will cause treatment to
take longer.
General Soreness
When you get your braces on, you may feel general soreness in your mouth and teeth may be tender to biting pressures for three to five days. This can be relieved by rinsing your mouth with a warm salt water mouthwash. take aspirin or whatever you normally take for headache or similar pain.
Well, I've FINALLY posted some pics for your to see how horrible my teeth look now. Stay tuned for the progress to come! :o)
Teeth can be at their most sensitive when a person has braces on. This is why maintenance should be meticulous and appropriate for the situation. Your ortho practically becomes your best friend all throughout the process!
