guess what?? I am putting my braces with go green. I really love green recently because our earth need to go green :) maybe i should do vblog on youtube that my friend sinsil tell out on me, tell the story of braces :)

Well, I choose green from the doctor's drawer, it was colorful rubbers on the drawer but mostly i would love in first sight on green :) even my shoes are green. I don't really know since when I love green, maybe since our earth get hotter. ok! to the point, i love green :)

Teeth like wisdom that's why they have wisdom teeth. My teeth have been holding up quite well, that I can really get excited about or that I can really make a case for. My Dentist  implied that my progress is going well, and said that I'd be out of them quite soon. Fair enough not saying exactly when. The clear ones, I've found, do discolour and yellow more than the pearl coloured modules. In addition to that, the yellowing of the modules makes your teeth look more yellow by contrast. I hope my   my laterals upper tooth   have brackets, I am really looking forward.




I wish i can change my braces to transparent, but my take in charge doctor suggest me not to make this decision. He said the metal more strong, yeah!!! I am quite disagree but what can i do is listen to his advise, in addition he is my dentist that's why he would make the best creation for me. Other than that, not much of an update this time, but I am delighted with my overall progress, and can't wait until they move on. I wish i can have a Life After Braces Come Off.

Pretty Little Box - A metaphor for enjoying life

For most of my life, I thought that the best way to live was to stay inside a pretty little box. This box was safe, because I could choose what I let in & out of it. To me, most of the world was outside of the box. That world was dark, dangerous, and scary, and I was wise and strong to not step out into it. I laughed and mocked the people that stepped foot into the unknown territory in order “live freely”. I thought that enjoying life was not a right, it was a luxury. That those who chose to simply be happy and let go did not understand the gravity of their purpose on this earth. Only the “small minded” would think that having a good time was of value. There were priorities. Priorities that fit inside my box. Things that needed to be done, changes that needed to be made, plans to be had, people to be helped, dreams to be thought up, problems that needed to be fixed. And yet, even though I believed with complete surety that I was the one that was right, I was filled with envy. Because the walls of my box were not made of wood, or plaster, or steel. They were made of glass. And standing inside safe & busy, I could see the world around me. I paced back and forth, trying to understand why something so wrong could be so beautiful. I studied the colors, the lights, the people, asking myself what it must be like to just let go. The smiles and laughter were so curious to me. So pure and sincere. I tried to laugh and see if mine was like theirs. My cheeks were tight when I smiled & I wondered if that was how a true smile was supposed to feel. Some days I would even press my palm to the glass. But no matter how hard I pressed, I couldn’t feel anything but the strong cold wall. Those close to me would admire the structure I stood in. I saw the respect in their eyes as they watched me choose to stay. Only a few would slam their fists against the glass and demand that I step outside and experience life. But I knew that no one could choose to break free for me. That my cage, that cage that I chose to live in, could only be broken by myself. One day the walls felt too tight and the world outside looked to exquisite. I suddenly knew that I could not stand in my 4 walls any longer. Desperate, I began to kick and slam my body into the barriers that stood between me and freedom. I screamed, exuding every ounce of energy I had into breaking free. The walls wouldn’t budge, the box wouldn’t crack. And no matter how hard I tried I couldn’t escape the prison I had made for myself. Exhausted I fell to the floor. It was then, right then, as I laid their panting, that I saw a faint outline. I crawled to it & pressed my palm against the surface. It moved open, filling sweet air all around me. I heard a whisper, faint but strong… I’ve been here waiting, all along.

when something change to bad, there is nothing looking as nice as before, but when something change, you would see something different :)


if you convince yourself that everything does in fact happen for a reason, you'll save yourself from a lot of hurting.

I have been sick this few days, and mood doesn't go smooth... i have not enough sleep, and i skip my work out activity... it's been raining this few weeks, and keep kicking my ass and say move on even though it's rainy.... I am just a girl, i am living my life don't know what to expect.


I am just thinking  a selfish rain and selfish people around me, however move on.. life the other does. but have this feeling scanning with it would not be as easy as it is with a my paper work. One click and it's mine. I need to make a budget. 


I wanted to do more but, between work, home, family, a few new gadgets to get on top (like my song sheet) I found myself being busy. But not really productive.


Today is a rainy Friday night, that reminds me of the rainy weekends from my childhood, when everything sort of went on hold and we stared out of the window. No  laptops, ipads, BLACKBERRYS but maybe the odd board game. I feel perfectly centered at the moment, so after writing this, and having a good sleep


I wish i can stay up late this week watching a movie so I sleep in really late. I did most of the sight-seeing I care to see, so a new plan was needed for the day.  However my mind is humbling

People change so that you can learn to let go, things go wrong so that you appreciate them when they're right, you believe lies so you eventually learn to trust no one but yourself, and sometimes good things fall apart so better things can fall together.
